AI Policy

Ryze offers AI-powered tools that assist with career development, professional branding, and business execution — for example resume review and optimization, profile suggestions, career guidance, interview preparation, correspondence drafting, business planning, skills development, job-search assistance, networking strategy, and general professional development Q&A. Ryze may add, modify, or discontinue AI Tools at any time. AI Tools are powered by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) and delivered through integrations and custom interfaces. When you use an AI Tool, your input is transmitted to these providers, which generate a response returned to you. All AI output is generated entirely by automated systems — no human reviews or approves it before delivery, and you are the sole reviewer of any output you receive.

AI output does not constitute professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, tax, career counseling, employment, HR, mental health, or business. Using AI Tools does not create any professional-client relationship with Ryze, and AI Tools are not a substitute for the independent judgment of a qualified professional. If your situation requires professional advice, consult a licensed or qualified professional in the relevant field.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely incorrect, and may appear authoritative while containing factual errors or fabricated information. It is not personalized professional guidance, is not guaranteed to be unique to you, and may reflect biases present in training data. Ryze does not verify AI output and makes no guarantee that using AI Tools will lead to any particular outcome, such as job offers, interviews, or business success.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and verifying all AI output before using, relying on, submitting, publishing, or sharing it — including resumes, cover letters, profile content, and business plans before sending them to employers, clients, or partners. The quality of output depends on the accuracy of your inputs. When using AI-generated content on third-party platforms, you must comply with those platforms’ terms, including any policies on AI-generated content. Exercise caution before submitting sensitive personal information, as inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers subject to their data practices.

AI Tools rely on technology from third-party providers, including OpenAI. Ryze does not control the underlying models, training data, or processing methods, and your use may be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. By using AI Tools you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of your inputs to these providers for processing. As between you and Ryze, you own the AI output you generate, subject to the limitations in the Terms of Service. Ryze does not warrant that AI output is free from third-party intellectual property claims, and you are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe any third party’s rights. By submitting inputs, you grant Ryze and its AI providers the right to process them to generate output; Ryze may also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Services.

AI Tools and all AI-generated output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. Ryze does not warrant that AI Tools will meet your requirements, produce accurate output, or operate without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryze is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI Tools or AI output, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or business losses. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the AI Tools.

Ryze may update this AI Policy by posting the revised version and updating the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice, and Ryze may require you to re-accept the updated Policy. Continued use of AI Tools after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
