Terms of Service
Version v1.0 · Effective June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and RYZE10/X LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Ryze10/X (“Ryze”). By accessing or using Ryze Community or any Ryze platform, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Overview of services
Ryze operates a multi-product platform that may include a career development platform, a business execution operating system, a professional community, recruiter access to candidate profiles, coaching and mentorship, live and virtual events, an affiliate referral program, and AI-enabled tools (collectively, the “Services”). Not all Services are available to all users. Specific Services may carry additional terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@ryze.community if you suspect unauthorized access. Each user may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
4. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Where Services are offered for a fee, pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party processors (such as Stripe); Ryze does not store your full payment credentials. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including any mandatory cooling-off period). You are responsible for applicable taxes. The Ryze Community itself is free to join.
5. User content
“User Content” means anything you upload, submit, or transmit — text, images, resumes, files, posts, comments, and more. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Ryze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and perform it solely to operate and provide the Services (for example, displaying candidate profiles to recruiters or surfacing posts to other members). Ryze will not use your User Content in external marketing without your separate, express consent. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. Ryze may, but is not obligated to, review or remove any User Content at its discretion.
6. AI tools
Certain Services include AI-enabled tools that generate output (“AI Output”), powered by third-party providers such as OpenAI. AI Output does not constitute professional, legal, financial, career, or business advice, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI Output. As between you and Ryze, you own the AI Output you generate, subject to third-party provider rights and the limitations in our AI Policy. AI Output is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. See the AI Policy for full details.
7. Recruiter access
Recruiters who obtain recruiter access may view candidate profiles and related information made available by members. Recruiters may not scrape or bulk-extract candidate data, use it for any purpose other than evaluating candidates, share it with third parties without written consent, or contact candidates in violation of applicable law or platform guidelines.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully; post defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content; impersonate any person or entity; attempt unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems; distribute malware or spam; scrape or harvest information by automated means without our consent; interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse engineer any part of the Services; or otherwise damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
9. Intellectual property
All content, features, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and technology associated with the Services (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Ryze or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in Ryze’s intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. If you submit feedback about the Services, you grant Ryze an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as Netlify, Stripe, and OpenAI), each governed by its own terms and privacy policies. Ryze is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party service.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Ryze does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryze’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ryze in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Ryze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility. These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryze and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@ryze.community and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Unresolved disputes are resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Kansas City, Missouri, or another mutually agreed location. You and Ryze agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding. Either party may still seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
15. Modifications to terms
Ryze may modify these Terms by posting the updated version and updating the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, and Ryze may require you to re-accept the updated Terms.
16. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@ryze.community. Ryze may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination your right to access the Services ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
17. General provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryze regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. No waiver is a continuing waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; Ryze may assign freely. Ryze is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to us may be sent to hello@ryze.community.
