Privacy Policy
Version v1.0 · Effective June 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how RYZE10/X LLC d/b/a Ryze10/X (“Ryze”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use Ryze Community and our other platforms, products, and services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — account registration details (name, email, password, location), profile information (background, skills, interests, biography, photo), resumes and documents you upload, content you post (comments, messages, discussions), event registrations, payment and billing information (processed and stored by our payment processors, not by Ryze directly), and your communications with us. We also collect information automatically — device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, usage data, referring URLs, and cookies. We may receive information from integrated third-party platforms, and we collect the inputs and outputs of our AI-enabled tools.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; create and manage your account; process payments; display your candidate profile to recruiters where you have made it available; facilitate community interactions; deliver coaching and events; administer referrals; process AI tool inputs and deliver outputs; send transactional communications and (where you consent) marketing; analyze usage and performance; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We share information with your consent (for example, making your profile visible to recruiters), and with service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing, hosting and AI features (Netlify), AI processing (OpenAI), analytics, and email. These providers may use your information only to provide services to Ryze and are obligated to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may share aggregated or anonymized data without restriction. Ryze does not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain your personal information while your account is active and as necessary to provide the Services. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your information within thirty (30) days, except where longer retention is needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or fulfill another legitimate purpose permitted by law. Community content viewed or responded to by others may persist in anonymized form after deletion.
5. Your rights and choices
All users may access, update, or correct account information in their settings, request account deletion, opt out of marketing emails, and disable cookies through their browser. Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have additional rights under the GDPR — including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent — and may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (Ryze does not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact hello@ryze.community.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Services use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and authentication, performance monitoring, and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some functionality. Where required, we present a cookie consent banner before setting non-essential cookies.
7. International data transfers
Ryze is based in the United States, and your personal information is transferred to, stored, and processed there regardless of your country of residence. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Data security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will promptly delete it. Contact hello@ryze.community if you believe we have.
10. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to third-party websites and services not operated by Ryze. This Policy does not apply to them; please review their privacy policies before use.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy by posting the revised version and updating the effective date. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-platform notice at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect, and we may require you to re-accept the updated Policy. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
